“Since March of 2020 (due to Covid-19) in my attempt of finding a way to continue to exercising, i started to exercise online. With some basic Fitness tools, such as weights, rubber, cushion, and suspension trainer we were able to keep the exercise intensity in very good levels and at the same time we were able to have a variety of exercises. All this time due to online exercise I managed to improve even more my physical condition. I succeed to improve the shape of my body without getting injured, i even improved my balance and I increased my bone density.
I would recommend for sure an online exercise with Stelio due to his great experience and his very good ability to descript perfectly each one of the exercises. He changes and adjust the exercises according to my needs”
